Guest guest
Most people I read here downsize their dose from 4.5->3 due to problems like insomnia or leg stiffness/spasms. I have been on 3mb for over two months now with NO problems but want to try the " ideal " dosage to see if it helps my walking/balance (as some here have reported). My upper extremities (i.e. arms) no longer have that dead feeling in the morning and strength is returning to my right hand. Dr. Sullivan agrees with me that I should continue with LDN but try the higher dose to see if it makes a difference. I will report back my experiences going up in dosage rather than down. Can you elaborate whether LDN has been beneficial and if so how? > > Ted L >
