Guest guest
Hello Sally: I really enjoyed your letter to LIN... It was very encouraging. I certainly hope LIN doesn't quit LDN. I have to agree with many of the things you said. I, myself was diagnosed "chronic progressive " in 1988. I tried all the ABC's. It was maddening....no matter what I did...things just got worse. I've been in a wheelchair ever since back surgery three years ago. I started LDN March 19th. I began with a 5 mg dosage. I didn't know better...but it didn't hurt. I felt benefits in just a couple days....after a month I went down to 3 milligrams. Now, my very kind, understanding neuro has provided a prescription for 4 mg LDN. Hopefully that will strike a happy balance between the 5 and the 3. I certainly urge LIN & others not to quit. I feel better taking LDN... improved energy and balance . I take small baby steps with a walker....so slowly things are improving. I used to be a very good guitar player/songwriter. I've stopped doing that....but you never know...maybe I'll go back to playing and singing like I used to. When I was 30 years old...I spent a year playing and singing in Nashville, TN. If I start playing again....I'm going to roundup a busload out of people from this group. We'll put up big sign on the bus - "LDN BUS...Nashville or BUST". Take care... Guest guest
I would enjoy a good jam session with other MS'ers. Just have to be able to make enough chords again! ----- Original Message ----- From: dpultz low dose naltrexone Sent: Sunday, July 20, 2003 9:52 AM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] To SALLY & others: Hello Sally: I really enjoyed your letter to LIN...
