The only major side affect is liver damage in some people taking 300 MG. Taking 3 MG or 4.5 MG the only side affect is insomnia in some people (this usually passes in a week or two).

People with MS sometimes feel leg or arm stiffness, this too passes in time.

The above are my armature opinions, only.

What is the worst thing that could happen to me if I take LDN? My neuro isn't too sure about me going on it. I am going to talk to my pcp next week. But in the meantime, I'd like all the info I can get. Thank you.
