Guest guest
I was happy to receive so many answers and so quickly about my question on the color and texture of LDN 3 mg capsules. I have made my decision to go back to my 1st compounder who does the most LDN prescriptions, thanks to everyones input here. Sometimes a little guidance helps us to make a good decision. Again, thanks. This message board has become a good support system, no matter what reason we are taking low dose Naltrexone! Guest guest
We all have a very common goal, and we're all guinea pigs. None of us here were PUT ON LDN, each of us wanted it, sought it, and are sharing what we're going through so others know what to look for. We don't have anyone telling us we shouldn't be feeling what we're feeling, or what we may/can/should look for, we're learning that all together. It's GREAT! At first I was Going It Alone with my MS, except for my chiropractors and their guidance. When I heard about LDN I knew that was the direction to take, and I was very willing to do it all alone. But I'll tell ya... once I got the script from my neuro, I had NO IDEA what to do with it. The guy at CVS kinda said GOOD LUCK and don't let the door hit you on the way out. He even called a local pharmacy that he thought did compounding and they HUNG UP on him as soon as he said 'naltrexone'. So I asked this group, Joyce answered me, others answered me, I called up Skip's Pharmacy, faxed over my script and I had it in 3 days. Since 4/17 I have met so many new people here. Unfortunately, since 4/17 I was banned from MSWatch (5/19) and MSWorld (7/11) and an MSN group. Some doors were slammed in my face, others opened beyong my wildest dreams and expectations. We may not know each other, we may not even like each other, but because of LDN, we can certainly help ourselves by helping everyone else. Things are a lot less scary when you can ask others " do you feel this? " In March I felt like I was crawling to the end of the run way. Even if it doesn't last like this, the last 3 months have been the best I can remember (and I have a great memory). This month has been the most awesome in 12 years! LDN may or may not have had anything to do with it, but I sure wouldn't have been where I was and doing what I was doing if not for it. Definitely played some sort of role.. I'm just not sure how much. Good luck to us all! ----- Original Message ----- From: " mymisspriss19472000 " <mymisspriss19472000@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Tuesday, July 29, 2003 17:55 Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Thank you everyone for answering > I was happy to receive so many answers and so quickly about my > question on the color and texture of LDN 3 mg capsules. > I have made my decision to go back to my 1st compounder who does the > most LDN prescriptions, thanks to everyones input here.
