Does anyone here know how Naltrexone affects drug tests? I work in a paper mill where I am periodically subject to drug test (urine). What other drugs will it show up as? Does it sometimes show up a nna? opiates? cocaine? Or any and all of the feel good drugs? I have a Maine prescription for nna (doctor recommendation) which allows me to possess and smoke marijuana , but I am still not allowed to have positive drug test result for it at work. Will the Naltrexone cover it up? Perhaps because it gives a known false positive?
