I know for sure that we do not need such high doses. Dr. Bihari's whole sucess was based on the fact that though Naltrixone was bad (when used for addicts or in such high doses), it was however more effective and safe with minute amounts used in MS/Cancer/Auto Immune diseases and many more. But each case is different and I am sure we can check from his office.
