Guest guest
Hi Gang - hoping for some words of wisdom and some direction. I have been on LDN for 2 months the first few days 4.5 mg. then I switched to 3 mg. Was doing quite well for about 3 weeks, and then I came down with shingles, and my walking and balance which was never good has gotten terrible. I don't know whether to increase the LDN or stop it all together? Your thoughts and experiences would be very welcome. Thanks and I wish you all good days - ann

Guest guest
Hi ann, My suggestion to you is to call Dr. Bihari, 212-929-4196. My instincts want to suggest trying the 4.5 mg dose again; since I am not a physician, and Dr. Bihari is the expert on LDN, I hope you will call him. Guest guest
I just switched to 4.5 (Bihari's *ideal dose*) and have noticed subtle differences in how I feel -- still too early to tell but I'll keep you posted. My advice would be to go back to 4.5mg if you can handle it. You might also try stopping for a couple days to see if the LDN is causing you any problems (like shingles). Personally I don't see how 1.5 mg would make a whole lotta difference given the way LDN works, but it does seem to make a difference. good luck and keep us all posted.
