Guest guest
Thanks interesting thought it said between 9pm - 3am. But I did see someone suggest taking it in the morning not sure if its a patient or someone from LDN forum moderator. mira On Tuesday, Aug 12, 2003, at 22:32 US/Central, wrote: > from someone on the goodshape site: > >> I believe if you go back to the basics you will see that LDN works >> by it's effects on the cell receptors- perhaps mimicing the effects >> of growth factors such as IGF-1 on neuron support cells. Guest guest
The LDN web site says 9PM to 3AM. The morning thing is someone’s unsupported personal theory. That may or may not work and may or may not (probably not) affect how LDN works to raise endorphins. I personally think the only thing one will gain from taking it in the morning is the stimulant affect. B. Original Message: ----------------- From: wordww@... Guest guest
Thanks for clarifying that. I know loads of people are asking that question. I however have to have it at night ,when I do start and sadly will not start for a while. Long way to go to get off my medicines first they do conflict with LDN.
