Guest guest
Hi, I have been on it for two months and feeling better than I have in years. I have had MS for 26 years. My balance is returning. I use to have very bad balance and fall a lot. Also I sleep as good as I did when I was a kid. Prior ro LDN I wasn't able to sleep. I have a very healthy feeling. Last Sunday I forgot to take the LDN. I felt okay all day until about 5pm. Then I just felt awful. I felt very wobbly and had to hold on to things. My balance was all off, just like before the LDN. I won't forget my LDN again. Guest guest
Hi Sally, I take a little out of the 4.5 mg capsule. I think that i am on about 3.75 or 4mg. I put it beside my chair with a bottle of water. I fall asleep watching TV. I usually wake up about 11:00 - 11;30 at night . then I take it and go to bed. I am also doing the Roy Swank diet and water, & physical therapy. Excersises at home too. I also found out that I have a lot of food allergies that I eliminated theses foods from my diet too. Not to mention the supplements. I guess everything is working together. But on Sunday I forgot to take my LDN and felt good all day until about 5PM. Then my balance went haywire and I felt awful. So LDn does help a lot. Guest guest
In the beginning when I was keeping close track I noticed my balance return almost exactly at 3PM on day 10 of LDN. B.
