Oh boy Lin.....hate to say it but I'm fairly certainl that it is imperative that the LDN be taken after 9:00. This was said by Dr. Bihari, who is the resident expert on all of it. I would sure hate for you to be taking something that you think is gonna help you, only to find it failing you. I'd play it safe and e-mail the addy that is affiliated with the site and see what they tell you about this issue. Who is the doc who is telling you that it is ok to take at 7:00? Is he perhaps just assuming that it is your only choice, since you go to bed that early? Sorry to be a bit of a wet blanket but I just worry for you. Joyce

I agree. 9pm to 3am local time is the only way it's going to be around between 2 and 4am during endorphin production. I thought I saw someone say they were taking it at 7pm!

From the FQA page: http://www.low dose naltrexone.org/further_q_and_a.htm

If I have to work on a night shift, for example from midnight to 8a.m., at what time should I take my LDN?

Continue to take LDN as recommended above; i.e., between 9pm and 3am. This relates to the fact that the endorphins for each day are always produced in the pre-dawn hours, regardless of the hours when one is awake or sleeping
