07/31/02 around 1:30PM I was told "you have Multiple Sclerosis". We asked immediately for a second opinion, so the neuro checked with the MS specialist who I was supposed to see originally but his waiting list was like 6 weeks. He confirmed the DX. And so it started.

What a year this has been. Downhill from March 2002 until 4/17/03. Hopefully my uphill run since April will continue at least This Way for a long time to come.

So now I'm no longer "newly DX", huh?
