muscle stiffness in back and in left leg

I was extremely stiff before the LDN especially in the morning and at night

when I would get up to use the bathroom. Sometimes I would stand next to my

bed for a few minutes so that I could walk. Now since the LDN, the

stiffness is barely there and the spasticity is much better too. That use

to be a problem with me too. But I am also on a diet and have eliminated a

lot of foods from my diet and I also do physical and water therapy. And I

have a rebounder that I use constantly.

I hope the LDn helps your stiffness. good Luck

Marie

I always have to stand when I get up from bed or chair. Acess how many

steps I have to take and then move. I would drop on the ground if I

don't try and talk to my brain and tighten up my body to take steps and

co-ordinate my moves.

Hope LDN helps all of us.

That is how I was before LDN but not now. I can get up and move without

thinking about it. My movements are a lot faster too. thanks LDN
