Guest guest
Jeff I have also spent years reading and taking supplements and wouldn't be caught dead without some of them. You did mention some great new ones I did not know. As I am sure I know one or two you may not know. Your suggestions and help is really amazing. I know at times I would have done anything to get a hint on one or two of these things, and couldn't risk trying it, (chemical sensetivity) but had I known someone else is on it with my symptoms and it helped, I would try it. There are people who search so long, or can't spend as much time, they can get a clearer picture from another in their position. And you say you have a herbalist who also has MS we are set!!! Thank you so much! Jeff can you tell me more about the one that helps blood pressure? > Hawthorne Barry... increases the body's ability to utilize oxygen, > and the heart's ability to utilize calcium. Guest guest
THANK YOU JEFFALAN, IT SEEMS THAT YOU HAVE A HANDLE ON MANAGING YOUR WELLNESS, AND IT SURE SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF WORK AND MONEY. I WILL STAY WITH THE LDN AND THE FEW SUPPLEMENTS I AM TAKING, ALONG WITH " RISOTRENE " (WHICH I NOTICED, YOU DIDN'T MENTION) I'M TAKING CARE OF MYSELF AND MY MS, THE BEST WAY I KNOW, AND THROUGH MY 30+ YRS WITH MS, I HAVE LEARNED A LOT. I JUST CHOOSE NOT TO GO CRAZY WITH ALL THE VITAMIN AND HERB HYPE (AND SOME OF IT IS JUST THAT, " HYPE " ) I TAKE B12, A ONE-A-DAY MULTI VITAMIN, EVENING PRIMROSE OIL, AND LDN. I PROBABLY DON'T EAT RIGHT (I TRY) AND DON'T GET ENOUGH SLEEP (I TRY), BUT I LIKE TO STAY UP LATE AND PLAY ON PUTER AND I LOVE THE FORBIDDEN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES....LOL. I'VE DONE WITH OUT A LOT IN THIS LIFE, BUT THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT I INDULGE IN, JUST FOR MY OWN COMFORT....AND I OWE IT TO MYSELF. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOU INPUT JEFF, BUT WHY AREN'T YOU ON LDN???? ~SALLY
