By Day 11 I noticed more bladder control. When I went camping last month I

noted how often I had to go, and no Urgency when I had to. I went 9 hours, 11

hours, 10 hours and 6 hours (just before going to sleep). Tonight is #122, so

the last 111 days had 0 urgency, and I only remember 1 rainy day where I was

drinking a lot of water and had 2 cups of decaf with breakfast that I had any

version of frequency. I think in the last 111 days I've had 2 times with

urgency, and both were while camping and upon waking.

There's a world of difference between After Day 11, and for 13 months prior.
