Guest guest
Hi there...I believe that one day they will be able to successfully regenerate nerve cells and do a lot of repairing to nerves and myelin, until then what I beleive it that your own body had the ability to repair itself somewhat. That is what happens in between attacks to some extent. That is why I try to stay healthy and take supplements, etc. so that my body can do it's own repair work. I'm counting on the LDN to prevent future attacks so this repair work can happen. Joyce. Date: Fri, 25 Jul 2003 15:26:44 -0000 If not cured slowed down so much that its at a stand still with new meds?Or will they be able to regenerate the loss mylen or nerves? Just a thought. _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus
Guest guest
exactly... I'm about to undergo many tests to try and determine whether or not I have a foreign visitor in my system causing the problem... Guest guest
will do. the tests planned are extensive: viral, bacterial, fungal, genetic markers of inflammatory diseases and mental... it's part of the newly formed Alternative Medicine institute at the University of Michigan... the one MD, who is a partner of my MD, has successfully treated some forms of cancer with extremely rare " micro nutrients " (whatever that is, I'm not sure). I'll keep you all posted with the results. I will remain on LDN in the meantime....maybe forever. I'm just feeling good that this seems to be an integrated approach to this disease rather than shooting in the dark with one supposed cure or another. I think we all just want something that has a good, measurable track record of success. We're not there yet, but LDN sure seems to be helping a lot of people now.
