Hi ette,

My son did great on Paxil after the intial 2 week adjustment period,

helped a lot with his social anxiety. After a month or so more, the

positive effects seemed to decrease a bit....nothing dramatic, and no

negative behaviors, just no new progress. We're now on Celexa and he did

horribly at first but now seems to be doing better (just started 3 weeks

ago). We'll see..... SSRIS are a double edged sword, IMO.
