Guest guest
Hi Dumping some LDN out may be working for Marie and others, and I hate to disagree, but, I fell the reason why we are taking LDN is to get better, then why do something that might change the results. We all dump different with the day. I started with 4.5 mg. which was too high, my Dr. lowered the dosage. I did cut the 4.5 sealed capsule with a knife and thought I could dump to make the lower dose until the new script came,to give myself a head start. I found that my eye didn't judge the same or the hummed weather made the LDN clump together or the dry weather allowed me to pour more or less LDN than the night before, I wasn't getting the right dosage and i went threw a lot of unnecessary, unpleasant symptoms waiting for the new script. I learned the hard way,, to wait for my LDN that is prepared by a expert and is the proper dosage that my Dr. wanted me to have so the LDN could do it's job to help me and I can Help it, fix me. If you can follow what I said. I guess what I'm saying ,the LDN has enough to deal with out me working against it screwing with something I know nothing about. I believe, as far as the pharmacy you use,,, go with who you feel comfortable with and you trust. There is no right or wrong. There is a listing on the LDN sight like Marie said. We all are new with this medication and we are learning from each other. Glad to have you and let us know how it works out and remember We need your imput also. The best of LUCK !! Guest guest
Several months ago, I started with 4.5 mg. of LDN, went to 3.0 mg. and am now back to 4.5 mg. I feel better on 4.5 mg. during the day and into the evening. However, after a few days on 4.5 mg., as many of you have probably experienced, I can't sleep and have cramps and spasms during the night. It's been that way a few nights now. What do you think is a reasonable time to give LDN before deciding the dose is too high - a week? a month? When I started LDN, I reduced the doseage after a few days of having problems but I think I overreacted and should have given it more time. Thoughts?
