Guest guest
Yup Ted I have the same experience at night time . My balance is wonderful,i am sure footed , but i'm soooo tired that I could fall asleep on the john. I return to bed, and fall into a deep sleep till the next visit. I believe that my deep sleep is interrupted (w/ at least 8 john trips within the night) and the LDN needs me, to rest for the tasks for the next day ...... I have found that MS symptoms improve with day time rest breaks. It doesn't help If I omit my fluid intake after 5pm, I'm wondering if LDN has fluid medication add also. I'm better by far than before,,,I didn't have a life other than what MS allowed,,,,,,,, Even tired,,,,,,,,now, I'm enjoying being alive !!!! " I CAN Now !! " I'm Not watching others do my house work,,,,,,or caring for me,,,,,, " I CAN " ,,,,,with pleasure!! I have a second chance,, Thank God we all do !!!!!! Enjoy,, it's better than we had..... Guest guest
Thelma, You didn't mention how long you have been taking LDN. My experience is that urinary/sexual functions are among the first to heal after LDN stops the MS Progression. Below is my own conjecture of the order my body chooses for healing. It might be of interest if others had any input on the subject. 1. Urinary/sexual Survival and survival of DNA 2. Cognitive/mental More survival instincts 3. Internal organs/trunk getting by 4. Arms and legs strength to get by 5. sense of feel body's lowest priority Original Message: ----------------- From: fthinman@... Guest guest
Yes, I agree with the order of healing. I have basically 1-4 doing pretty good. But the numbness in the legs and the pain in the feet seem to be healing VVVEEERRRYYY slowly. Been on 4.5 for about 2 1/2 months now. I know it is helping me. BUT ALL IN ALL I AM HAPPY SO FAR WITH RESULTS.....AND IT GETS JUST A LITTLE BETTER EACH DAY......THAT IS SURE BETTER THAN I WAS ON AVONEX OR COPAXONE....I FEEL SO GOOD NOW!!! I THINK " OUR " BLIND STUDY IS DOING VERY WELL, DON'T YOU? LOVE & HUGS SALLY > > > Thelma, > > > > You didn't mention how long you have been taking LDN.
