Because many think LDN is supposed to improve their symptoms and when they don't

get the improvement in symptoms as some of us do then they chunk LDN to the side

and say it doesn't work. ONLY 2/3 of people with MS might see improvements in

their symptoms while taking LDN. LDN is for stopping MS progression and some of

us get lucky and get symptom improvement also.

WhyJeff,Think for a minute about this question that you posted. What drug do you know of that works for all? Name one. Even aspirin doesn't work for all. No drug works for all. No non-drug works for all. Nothing in the world works for all. As far as proof is concerned, what constitutes proof? If two people in my neighborhood are arrested, does that mean I live in a bad neighborhood? Maybe. Maybe not. A lot of variables go into making that determination. The same is true for LDN. Do you think the people on this board need a favorable article in the New England Journal of Medicine in order to believe in the possibilities and realities of LDN? I've been reading everything posted here for months, and that's my clinical study. I was treated for cancer with a drug that was "proven" to help people like me. Not only did it not help, it left me with a horrendous case of peripheral neuropathy that I didn't know if I'd ever be able to reverse - until LDN. My hands and feet have changed significantly since going on LDN three weeks ago. Who'd a thunk it? I haven't seen neuropathy even remotely hinted at anywhere, but I guessed that the properties of LDN might have some upside for me with zero risk, so I tried it. Thank God for that. I've spent too much of my life captive to research, captive to proof. I believe in a lot of things that haven't been proven. I believe in things that I haven't even seen, but I won't go there because some folks seem to be bothered by anything with religious implications. Where's the proof that love exists? I think I'm a loving person, but I can't prove it. Jeff, my wife has MS. Her disease is different every day, as I'm sure you're well aware. LDN is helping her in several ways. I'm seeing it and living with it. My house is our laboratory. And that's all the proof I need. Good luck with whatever works for you. -Al"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time."

How do you know that it is not working for everyone. Maybe everyone isn't

getting symptomatic releif but you don't know that it is not stopping the

progression of the disease like it says it does.
