My opinion is that you don't need to change your diet when going on LDn but

if you have MS, you would benefit from a low saturated fat diet. I am on

the Dr. Roy Swank diet. I am away from red meat, dairy and sugar because of

the diet and then I found out that I have allergies to some foods so I am

away from a bunch of foods for that. It takes a lot of hard work but you can

do it if you want your health back enough. good Luck

Kim, why do you think that you're supposed to take LDN on an empty stomach? I'm a patient of Dr. Bihari's and I seem to recall him saying that it doesn't matter. I also checked Dr. Lawrence's protocol and there's nothing about it there either. Perhaps there's something I'm not aware of...
