Guest guest
My opinion is that you don't need to change your diet when going on LDn but if you have MS, you would benefit from a low saturated fat diet. I am on the Dr. Roy Swank diet. I am away from red meat, dairy and sugar because of the diet and then I found out that I have allergies to some foods so I am away from a bunch of foods for that. It takes a lot of hard work but you can do it if you want your health back enough. good Luck Marie ----- Original Message ----- From: " feeltherathe " <feeltherathe@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Monday, August 04, 2003 1:23 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] LDN AND EATING > Should I change my diet completey while taking LDN?I have already > cut out milk and sugar.Well not all the sugar but most sugar. Its > hard to cut out sugar completely. > > > >
Guest guest
Kim, why do you think that you're supposed to take LDN on an empty stomach? I'm a patient of Dr. Bihari's and I seem to recall him saying that it doesn't matter. I also checked Dr. Lawrence's protocol and there's nothing about it there either. Perhaps there's something I'm not aware of...
