It's interesting to hear you mention freezing feet. My feet are either freezeing or burning every day of the year. I've been on LDN for several months - my feet are still either freezing or burning. So, I'm not so sure LDN will change that - I hope so!

I have been on LDN now for almost two months. I noticed a few major/minor

improvements fairly quickly. Fatigue reduced considerably, improvements to

the urinary systems and related equipment. My mind seems to be a little

sharper, more like what I used to be. My emotions are more stable. (I no

longer cry when I watch the news).

The more major and more important improvements are still in the pray and

wait stage. I am still having muscle stiffness in my legs. (I think that

is a LDN MS only side affect).

I may try to lower the dosage for a time to reduce the muscle stiffness.

I only had freezing feet once for a day but I have had burning feet

forever. They don't seem quite so bad lately! :)
