and CK, yes I did the same. I dissoleved a lower dose in water

when I was on 4.5 mg and felt a bit hyper and wanted to lower my

dose. The effect was even better. It goes to the blood stream

faster I think. Anyway, I did right before I went to bed. I am

going to try it again with my 3 mg dose. It wasn't very bitter

either to drink. I felt it worked better than taking the capsule. I

will know for sure in a few days. Mymisspriss
