Guest guest
I just went two nights without LDN and regret it. Today I am exhausted! I was having stiff legs probably because of lactose intolerance and because of the article saying one should stop for one week out of four I figured I could miss a few nights while waiting for my replacement prescription. WRONG! Easier to put up with the stiffness! Hopefully my replacement script will arrive today, if not I’ll try a reduced dose of the lactose based LDN for one night. Just proved to myself how wonderful LDN is!!!!!! B. -------------------------------------------------------------------- mail2web - Check your email from the web at http://mail2web.com/ . Guest guest
I also ran out and missed one night of LDN. The next day it hit me around noon and I felt terrible the rest of the day. My refil came that evening and I couldn't wait for the day to end so I could take the night dose.
Guest guest
Hi everyone... I'm a bit behind in the messages, but I saw 's... just thought I'd throw my .62 cents in I don't understand the point of " intermittent therapy " . May sound good, but sometimes " improvements " by other doctors isn't needed. I never heard of anyone skipping a CRAB here and there, purposely. I never heard of anyone Brushing Their Teeth 5 days, and then skipping the weekend. 127 days in a row for me, I missed 1 9p-3a window, took it one night at 4:20 Thanks for the report ----- Original Message ----- From: <david@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Thursday, August 21, 2003 09:54 Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] skipped nights!! a no no I just went two nights without LDN and regret it. Guest guest
I thought it would be good to apply intermittent therapy to everything, brushing teeth (good excuse for missing an occasional brush),meals in general (good way to lose weight), driving the speed limit (who bothers anyway), sex (absolutely no missing And skipping allowed)!!!!
