Oh boy! You have solved yet another mystery for me. The LDN I am taking has calcium carbonate filler and it does give me gas. I always wake up feeling uncomfortable until I burp then I am fine all day. I have to stick with it though because I am intolerant to dairy products and wheat (not sure if cornstarch would fall into this category).

Unfortunately, I get leg stiffness too but don't let that stop anyone trying it - for some reason I seem to get the opposite reaction to everyone else on most things!

Most MS patients will find they are low on calcium, magnesium, potassium

I would go with CC too.

Did you find out what 4AP is?

Sue

Try Alka-selza Gold

Helps with the gas and also has potassium and other minerals to

Alkaline our insides. Earthing it so to speak. It helps and is very

good way of getting quick minerals in when we are getting stiff or

cramps in my case.

Hope this helps cause we sure do need the calcium this can be an

antidote to the gas and also boost your minerals.

Advice given to me by Dr. Gordon very well known and boy does he

know how our bodies work .

RE: fillers - I use College Pharm. for my LDN. They use cellulose (sp?) for the filler. I don't have any problems with it. I can't handle lactose and I have never tried the CC.
