I am taking many things, I have experienced much by using supplements

and herbs. I will tell you , each one, I am using at this time ,

and what it does for me. There are no secrets the information is out

there. I am also working with and herbalists who has multiple

sclerosis and is willing to talk to anyone.

Co Q10 1 mg per pound you use this for energy and fatigue. If that

is your problem , a good-quality of this supplement will help you if

you would like technical information on this supplement. I have that

stuff for you. Just ask. It is also an antioxidant.

MSM.... I take 4000 mg of this supplement. This will help with

pain , and many other things with detoxification in your body and is

an important supplement. I have tremendous information on this

product and would not do without.

Fish oil , omega-3 EPA of 360 DHA 240. This will help you with

inflammation in your body and will also help with pain and other

symptoms of multiple sclerosis. I have other information , upon your

request.

OPC this is a combination product. This helps with free radical

damage in your body. It's a scavenger. It's a combination of two

products. I will not bore you with the chemicals in the product ,

but I will tell you. You take 1.4 mg per pound of your body weight ,

and it is made up of Grapeseed Extract and Maritime Pine bark. The

chemicals are very important for your body , long-term and I have

more information. In my files that I will share with you.

Bilberry , I am taking one capsule per day this is an anti-

inflammatory. That is natural , you will find it in blueberries.

There is a chemical name for it. It will help with your vision. It

is one of the chemicals that you will need in your body. It's an

anti-inflammatory.

Ginkgo biloba you can use this to help with these problems, Ginkgo

has also proven beneficial for treating painful headaches, ringing in

the ears and vertigo. Additionally, Ginkgo Biloba has been known to

reduce inflammation of the veins, including varicose veins.

Hawthorne Barry... increases the body's ability to utilize oxygen,

and the heart's ability to utilize calcium. This herb can actually

help regulate both high and low blood pressure, in addition to slowly

breaking down cholesterol and fat deposits in the body

Magnesium... will help with constipation, stiffness, numbness,

tingles, headaches, this is probably the most important product you

would see. We all are deficient and will see benefits within a short

period of time. Magnesium oxide is what you're looking for 250 mg ,

and you have to take a certain way. For information for the best
