I don't know! But I'll tell ya one thing, you have the power to find out and all you need is 6 weeks, the way I figure it. You probably won't notice anything for 3 weeks, unless you go through cravings you need to work through. After or during the 4th week you may start to see a difference, longer if you have been eating chocolate daily for a long time. I know I can trigger an exacerbation within 2-3 weeks, I've done it many times, and I am considering TRYING it -- now THAT would be a bigger LDN test than anything I've tried so far. I've been having itchy eyes the last 3 weeks, and it seems to be subsiding. This is Different than any reactions previously. Anyone else on LDN have itchy eyes after LDN, but never before? I'm thinking that this is my 'new' allergy reaction because I have the telltale sensations in my right eustation tubes the last few weeks, but now that I think about it, that went away last week. I never found out if Kahlua Mudslides have cocoa in it, if it doesn't, then this reaction was just from being surrounded by grass for 3 weeks. As time goes on, I will isolate just to chocolate, maybe after Halloween, and see how I react. If that doesn't flare me up, then maybe in December I'll give it the real test and do what I know to do to cause an exacerbation. I've been running my own trials and keeping notes. I know my allergies, I know what they do to me, and I monitor what's going on. I have a new list of allergy foods that I note if I decide to partake. > > I would love to have the same experience with LDN that some of you > have been talking about. I wrote this to MSWatchers while my pulse was still up there.... around 5:45 this morning: Just got back from a little run! I ran 3 blocks.. I ran a block, caught my breath and then ran 2 blocks. Pulse is currently 130. But wow! Felt a lot better than when I tried back in June. I figured I'd see how it was to run again cause tomorrow I think I'm going to the city sight seeing and expect a long day with lots of walking! When I did it at the end of June I thought I was going to fall and it felt like my legs weren't exactly "on the same page". But today shows a lot of promise. I'd love to challenge the neighborhood kids to races... did that 4 or 5 years ago and I was the fastest. > > I have been like a yoyo, trying to adjust to the proper dose for me, > to no avail, as yet. I started on 3, I'm still doing 3, and I [try to] take it between midnight and 2 am. Most of the time it's been around 1:30. I found 2 messages I posted back in April, and December, I'll forward them to the group.
