Guest guest
Sally, take a teaspoon at breakfast and another at dinner. Don't take it too late or you'll be awake awhile. 250mg C with each teaspoon ought to do it.--Martha

Guest guest
Take 4 1000 mg capsules and half a C, morning and evening. MSM is cheaper if you buy it loose next time and measure. I get it at my health food store.--Martha

Guest guest
I was told to take 4000mg (1 tsp) of MSM twice a day by two MS'ers who experimented and found the level at which they felt the best. The recommendation on the bottle is generic and doesn't take into account that you're an MS'er. You don't have to take that much if it seems excessive, but if you did your research you found that you'll excrete whatever your body doesn't need. Guest guest
Why? I'm not experiencing pain, and haven't read that as a recommendation.--Martha > > Also It is my opinion to take asprin with MSN. > > D. B.
Guest guest
MSM is a strong anti-inflammatory, as is aspirin, together they are more the additive. Guest guest
Incase anyone is interested in something natural way to replace Asprin Wobenzyme takes Asprin over. Please read about it its an enzyme that works on your cells and can naturally do what Asprin and any anti inflammatory medicine ever! It sounded like it does miracles and more for people from MS to cancer and many more. I have a CD on it topic if anyone is interested. It sounded similar to LDN. (to me the lay man) Wobenzyme also has Nattokinase in it too. So turns out to be cheaper. http://www.longevityplus.net/wobenzym.html Nattokinase is a totally natural way to thin blood like Asprin but it is expensive, but works. I take it daily. It can also be used instead of Heprin treatments that they do for many CFIDS and others. Or Asprin for heart. Guest guest
Sally I use Vitamin C and have used it many years. I have used it IV as well as tablets and powders. 500mg Vit C will do no harm to you. Its about as much as you should take daily Vitamin C in high doses helps go to the bathroom or causes diahorea (can't spell) I use it for my son who was always constipated. Now 3 yrs he is fine. It really helps in many diseases and specially Cancer and chelation. No high dose is harm full your body will just throw the rest away. High levels of calcium can make a problem though. Guest guest
More natural anti-inflammatories are primrose, borage and flax oils, which would also give you the omega 3s and not be so hard on the stomach. Martha
