I'd be inclined to agree. If you have to ask then perhaps it's not the best idea - there are details in the LDN website. I posted a message roughly a week ago about how I do it - I can send you that information if you're still keen

Personally, I think people get a little over worried about doses. There is a reason Dr Bihari says to "open up a capsule" and pour some out when dropping from 4.5mg to 3mg - that's hardly a scientific method!

However, he knows that it's not the precise dose that counts, just the short blockade of opiate receptors causes the body to "overproduce" endorphins/enkephalins, which in turn causes improved regulation of the immune system. Being out by 0.1mg or ever half a milligram is not going to be the end of the world IMO.

It really is not rocket science compounding it yourself. However, if you're not 100% comfortable or confident you are doing it right, then *don't* :-)
