Guest guest
Hi Ted. I just bought a rebounder which is a mini trampoline. I keep it in my office and every time I have a spare moment, I get on it and bounce. I have a balancing bar on it for safety. It is suppose to strenthen your leg muscles. You don't have to bounce high Just bounce with your feet still on the mat. Eventually you should be able to bounce high. You may want to give this some thought.
