Guest guest
Deb: Last year I had problems with bladder control and was referred to a nurse that re-trained me in bladder control. First, I had to learn that the muscles were still there and had a small machine that electrically " shocked " those muscles until I was able to do it myself. I originally thought that I was not having the same control because of my age but found that was untrue. Sharon
Guest guest
I have been on LDN for over two months and seeing so many changes for the better. I sleep excellent, my numbness in my hand is gone, my blance and stiffness is so much better. My spasticity is better. A lot of you are saying that you see changes in your bladder. Only one night did I see changes in my bladder. But for the most part I am still getting up every two -to- two in a half hours. Is anyone else out there seeing a lot of good changes but not in their bladder. During the day I can hold it for long periods. Marie
