LDN & Happiness

I'm not sure if it was after or before I started LDN but someone told me they

felt Happier since starting LDN. Not sure if the happiness is from starting

the LDN, or maybe relief from some things that have been around a long time, or

if it actually CAUSES additional 'happiness'. I can't tell because I always

thought I was a happy guy, but I will say, things do seem different since I

started. I don't know if it's a combination of things, or if the LDN is

actually ADDING to it. But just when I think it can't get any better, it does!

The last 3 weeks have been so totally awesome... and a lot of it has nothing to

do with me, just events surrounding me that affect me, but did the LDN

happiness factor allow for the receptivity of what's been going on? I don't

know! But I ain't complaining! I just hope it keeps up, I like Cloud 9!

Anyway, the point of what I'm saying is, I wasn't taking anything for my

depression EVER, I was just living with it with Dr. Wayne Dyer's philosophies

and teachings that I absorbed back in 1993. However, since starting LDN, I

don't feel the downsides like I used to before it, so maybe it is keeping

things at a higher level.

I hate giving advice because I don't want to have any responsibility for anyone

else's situation, but my spirit tells me to give up EVERYTHING when starting

LDN, see how things go, and then reevaluate if/what you need of anything else.

If LDN levels out emotions, then any other medication (with side effects too?)

will only interfere in the process. The only way to know would be to stop all

other depression type medication and wait 3 weeks to see how you feel. But

that's just MY opinion. I have no experience with paxil or prozac or ritalin

or any of those type medicines, I refused them all. Always wondered if I

shouldn't try them just for the fun of it, but I never thought the potential

was worth the risk.

As for hope.. I know the feeling, and I sure wasn't expecting any HOPE from the

LDN, but that's one of the things that returned quickly.
