RE: Where does one get a prescription?

LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) comes normally in a capsule taken before bedtime

between 9PM and 3AM. Any doctor can prescribe it. Most neurologists are

uneasy about prescribing a drug that is not FDA approved for a specific

disease (MS, and many other autoimmune disorders). My GP gave me my

original prescription however because of problems finding a compounding

pharmacy (LDN has to be prepared by a knowledgeable compounding pharmacy) I

then had a telephone consultation with a Dr Sullivan in PA who gave me a

prescription and referred it to Fairview Compounding Pharmacy (not my

choice and another time I would chose a different pharmacy).

I am very happy with the results of LDN. LDN is only good for stopping MS

progression. You then have to heal yourself. Some things tend to heal

more quickly than others some things may never heal! My unary and bladder

control issues (I now can go 6 hours or longer between nightime trots) were

some of the first things that recovered (for me that was in a matter of two

to three weeks). My balance returned fairly quickly too.

Good luck and may God shine the light of heaven upon you.

PS. Where are you from? I live in Maine.
