LDN is BAAD!

Hi everyone. Well, I'm back. We went to A/C as I mentioned, but on the way back we decided to meet the rest of the family in Seaside Heights and we spent the night there. My mother, father and aunt in law came down with my 2 kids and 2 nieces and then the 'adults' left and the 6 of us spent the night on the boardwalk. And no, we didn't win overall in A/C, but it was the first time we won so much, usually we just lose and win a little here and there, but when the allotted money is gone, we leave. This time we actually lost less, so much less that we decided to meet the family and spend another night out. This was one expensive month! I haven't added it up, but I say a few grand, easy.

The "highlight" of our 3 day 2 night stay for $79, with the obligation of a 90 minute time-share tour that took over 4 hours, was the FIRE ALARM going off at 5:20 AM. It's a good thing we didn't get burned alive.. we didn't get out of the room until just before 6AM... they use the SAME fire alarm bell sound in the Casinos... ever have a phone ring while you're dreaming and just dream that you answered it? Well, I thought I won the jackpot! We were evacuated and there were a few fire engines outside when we got out of the building. The room directly below the room across the hall from us had a fire, the air conditioner, or the electricity for it, went on fire.

So did the subject catch your attention? LOL. Yep, LDN is BAAD. Better All Around Days.

What a month this was! Walking and on my feet for most days and nights, 18 of the last 23. Most of the time July just zips by from 7/4 on and then before I know it, it's 7/27 and nothing really happened. This month was phenomenal from June 30th on. Didn't want any short term problems so I just downloaded everything to long term

And now I'm back home, have tons of hours of paperwork and emails to catch up on, not to mention hundreds of pics from the festival weeks that I have to create web pages for.
