Guest guest
I was warned by the doc about overdoing. At first you can't help it because you can't believe how much you can do and still go , but you do pay the price the next day (and I have) So we must remind ourselves that we are not super (wo)man yet! !!! There is always tomorrow. Kiki
Guest guest
Hi everyone, I feel like I'm on a roundabout. I increased my LDN dose from 3.0 to 4.5 a few days ago and yesterday had my best day in a long time. I went shopping and took my wheelchair in case I needed it. Ididn't!!!! My balance was good which meant I could use my cane and with a few rests I managed to walk around for a couple of hours. I was tired by the evening but still felt good. Today is a different story. I have very little energy, balance is poor again and I seem to have lost the feeling of well being that was evident yesterday. Its almost as though my batteries need re-charging so I will take it easy tomorrow and fingers crossed I will bounce back again. I will keep you posted. Guest guest
Someone on LDN just wrote this elsewhere, so I'm stealing her quote word for word: "I have noticed that some people have a great day with LDN and do much more strenuous activity than their body is used to and they wonder why they feel fatigued the next day. Remember, your body is not physically ready to go full blast even though you feel you can. You'll most likely pay a price if you do too much." ----- Original Message ----- From: Sue Goose low dose naltrexone Sent: Sunday, July 27, 2003 12:47 Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Merry-go-round!!!
