Hi All,

I know that this is going to seem like a stupid question to a lot of you, but I am seriously concerned. My husband is also very concerned. I started the roy swank diet in May. then in July I found out that I am allergic to a lot of foods, so I eliminated them in my diet. So mainly all that I am eating is chicken, fish, fruits and vegetable. I eat plenty of theses foods and am never hungry, but I have dropped 23 pounds and I can't seem to stop the weight from coming off. I don't have much that adds calories to me. I have gone from a size 14 to an 8. I don't want to go any lower. But I don't know how to stop it. Has any of you done the same thing? Does your body eventually stop loosing? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I shouldn't complain because I am feeling really great with a lot of energy. Please help if you can because I think that I need to stay away from all those foods for health sake. One other time, I was on the roy swank diet and had to go back because I was loosing too much.
