Day 55 on LDN

Today I walked the high school track and it is HUGE. I walked two laps then got

in the van and let my ankle and calf muscles un-knot. Then I walked 2 more laps.

A total of 4 laps today. I have always had trouble with my ankle tendons and

calf muscles drawing the more I walked. I've been like that since birth.

55 days ago this would have just been a dream. I have not been able to do this

for 14 years.
