I've been plotting my trend for years to find out which medications help. I have taken breaks or varied the dose with most medications at times and measured how they interact with my symptoms. LDN is clearly related to my steps count on the following day. The optimum dose is 1.5mg if taken just before sleeping. If take earlier the optimum is 3mg. Steve -- EasyNN-plus.
