Guest guest
I take my LDN between 9pm and 10pm. I do not do intermittent therapy of 3 weeks on and 1 week off. I stay a steady course. I started on 4.5mg and have stayed at 4.5mg. At the moment the filler is lactose but in 60 days I will change to calcium carbonate to see if the mild amount of stiffness in the back of my legs will go away. Sorry it took so long to respond. My email is fully loaded so I turned that email address off to not receive any new mail. We had a severe thunderstorm Friday night and my ISP has been down all weekend. So I'm way behind on reading and responding. --- In low dose naltrexone , " OBrien " <koshakstud@o...> wrote: > Same- sent an email to you just saying what fantastic news, it is really inspiring. when do you take yours and do you know what filler they used? Guest guest
You may want to talk to Dr. Mcnair about adding magnesium to your life. I know its helped me so much! I used to take Soma muscle relaxer but now at times magnesium is more than enough. As well as other things but just Magnesium should start to make you feel better about stiffness. (maybe even potassium) Mira On Monday, Aug 25, 2003, at 11:24 US/Central, Bren wrote: > > > I take my LDN between 9pm and 10pm. I do not do intermittent therapy > of 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
