Guest guest
size does indeed matter. this a repeat, but: see also Crain and Shen in http://www.drugabuse.gov/pdf/monographs/147.pdf ''In addition, 10 fM beta-endorphin elicits marked naloxone-reversible enhancement of the cytotoxic " natural killer " cell activity of human blood cells (see figure 1; dose-response curve in Mathews et al. 1983).'' fM is femto-Molar! this is 10^-15 of a Mole, I think... Don't worry, I'm not reading that because I want to abuse any drugs. I was just trying to find a free copy of Crain and Shen's paper. -Sullivan --- In low dose naltrexone , " maxbtm " <maxbtm@y...> wrote: > Another interesting reading about Naltrexone regulating Endorphins > levels. > > http://www.ibis.sfu.ca/~rhlogan/todd.html > > Ciao
Guest guest
One person has complained that they can't access this document. It is very large (it is a monograph in pdf format containing many papers). At dialup speed it will take a *very* long time. In Adobe Acrobat I have had a problem which causes the machine to appear to lock up. The workaround I have found is to either reboot and open the pdf before opening any *other* pdf files, *or* to use the three fingered salute to " end task " any lingering instances of Acrobat which might be there, and " end task " any frozen http instances. If you allow me to send a pdf attachment I'll try to include only that document in a private email to you, or failing that, the whole enchilada (it's the second last paper, of course). -Sullivan > > Another interesting reading about Naltrexone regulating Endorphins > > levels. > > > > http://www.ibis.sfu.ca/~rhlogan/todd.html > > > > Ciao
