Guest guest
Hi : I am fairly new to this list. I've noticed that the side efects of Naltorxine are some of the symptoms you mentioned. I seem to have some of these symptoms as well; and my family tells me that I look even more awful than usual (since I started tx). As I am very sick, I keep reminding myself of what Dr. Lawrence said below: >>>Rarely, other transient symptoms have included more severe pain and spasm, headache, diarrhea or vomiting. These additional symptoms would appear to be associated with the previous frequent use of strong analgesics, which effectively create an addiction and dependency, thus increasing the body's sensitivity to pain.>>>>> The other thing I wonder is it could be too high a dose you are taking and may want to lower it. I think this way because some people start at 3mg. because of sensitivty; and others start even lower. What dose are you on? Good luck best, lea >>>>> > Original Message: > ----------------- > From: mcp444@y... > Date: Tue, 16 Sep 2003 08:29:43 -0700 (PDT) > salpal@d...,low dose naltrexone > Subject: [low dose naltrexone] nausea > > Does anyone ever feel extreme nausea ? I have been on the LDN for 3 weeks and think I see some signs of improvement. But I've also had some serious nausea, dizziness, headaches, wanting to throw up. > Is it from the humidity? Am I fighting a bug?? Or has anyone else reacted this way from the LDN??? > > It's hard not to want perfection right away! > > > >
Guest guest
, someone mentioned to change your filler to calcium consentrate(that should be Calcium Carbonate). You might be safer using the liquid form of LDN to see if it's the LDN causing the nausea or the filler. Liquid LDN has no filler. You can also request it be flavored to taste decent. I've heard that someone on this forum gets a cherry flavor liquid LDN.
