Guest guest
Hi. If you work the graveyard shift, how can you be producing endorphins at night? You have had a lot of success and I wouldn't meddle, but isn't the recommendation before *bedtime*? What if your biological clock tells your hypothalmus " produce endorphins now " , at 12AM, while you are asleep? Dr. Bilhari says the naltrexone only stays around for 4-6 hours, but maybe what's really happening is it *gradually* is eliminated from your system but a *nanodose* is still around by noon. And maybe enough molecules are still around to affect the excitatory opioid/endorphin receptors and keep them from causing inflammation. -Sullivan --- In low dose naltrexone , " LarryGC " <larrygc@s...> wrote: > I take it after midnight, usually between 12 and 1am, sometimes later. > ----- Original Message ----- > From: szaffa1@a... > low dose naltrexone > Sent: Sunday, September 07, 2003 09:35 > Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Timing > > > Hi everyone! I was wondering what the best time is to take ldn. I had been taking it around 9pm and was not having very good results. Last night I took it around 11:30 PM and this morning I feel great. Could it be the timing? > > Thanks! > Stella
