Today was pill 143. Due to timing I had the time and felt it was a good idea to get some good rest after the last week, so on Wed I got 9 hours. On Thu I did the same, and Friday I got 8. Friday night I noticed after I had stretched, like I usually do when I feel the need to, it seemed like my left calf didn't want to, or fully, 'un-stretch' and was on the verge of cramping. Yesterday was a Sweet 16, and it was FREEZING in there. They sure had great A/C going! So I was walking, move, dancing a bit. Today my legs are definitely sore! I stretched and had some cramping. Not sure if the cold air added to it, but both legs are surely bothering me today.

Tomorrow is chiro day, for sure. I'll see how I feel after that appointment. This is my 3rd leg 'problem' since starting LDN. The last 2 were changed after my chiro visit, so that may be one major factor in the LDN doing what it's done for me.

I'm also still working on my right foot's toes. I figured since my muscles were bothering me anyway, I'd try. Getting more response than I've been getting. Considering I've smashed most of those toes the most, all these years, I guess that's good progress. If I can get control over the big toe, I think I may be able to curl them, and without them cramping up. I keep checking to make sure I can, at will, continue to curl my left toes. I figure since we're guinea pigs, I figure I should keep checking the status.

I was talking with someone who has fibro at the party, I sent her the link today. She's seen some of my emails, she just didn't realize I was telling her to check it out for herself, too.
