Leg stiffness

I am on day 2 of LDN, too and I started on 1.5 mg per night

because of possible side effects. My legs are stiff, but not any

stiffer than before and I have a lot more energy. I was on the

tractor for 2 hours yesterday, weeded in the garden, rode my

horse, etc. I haven't been able to do that in a long time. At the

same time we had a cool spell (80 degrees from 90s--Southern

Louisiana), so I don't know which was which. I suspect it wasn't

the outside temp b/c it was supposedly cool last week and I

didn't notice it.

I am using the avicel filler that Skip recommended, but I get it

from a local compound pharmacist. I hear others can cause leg

stiffness--lactose. Since I am off dairy totally I don't think lactose

filler would be too helpful. What filller are you using? Ilene

Yes, I had the very same thing, as many of us did, and eventially

went away. I think it was Larrygc, who said, it was like your

muscles waking up again. And you know how stiff and sore you get,

when you use muscles that you haven't used in a while. If you can

believe it, it's actually a good sign. Give your body a little time

to get used to the endorphin boost, and you Tcells to catch up with

each other.

Many good wishes for your success with LDN.
