Guest guest
MSM, CO-Q10, vitamin C, B complex (B1 and B12- liquid under the tongue), bee pollen, and a host of other stuff some of which may help and some of which are a waste of time and money. Other suggestions are always welcome. ----- Original Message ----- From: <capp3735@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Wednesday, September 03, 2003 7:11 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] LDN and complementary supplements > Hi, > > I know that some of you take supplements with your LDN. Guest guest
Hi Margie, I would suggest Methlycobalamin which is a derivative of vitamin B12 as well. Joyce. I bought Evening Primrose Oil and Fish Oil. Can you suggest anything else that is good for MS? Guest guest
hI Margie, You definitely need Calcium and Magnesium. I also take CoQ10, B-6, B-12 B complex, VitC, Billberry,Vit D,Fish oil, EvePrimrose, Grapeseed,E+Selinium. Now I added MSM also because of this site. I cannot say I take everyday, but try to take at least 4-5 times a week. But my neuro even said Ca+Mg is a must for women! It gets expensive but we are worth it. Guest guest
Are you referring to the liquid trace minerals that are mined from a source in Utah? Guest guest
Sorry to be a wet blanket, but it's said that Americans have the most expensive pee in the world. The best way to get vitamins and minerals is through the food you eat--they assimilate better. It takes determination, but it's doable. I take a few supplements like EFAs, primrose, grape seed, MSM, C and calcium/magnesium, but I also eat superfoods like nutritional yeast, blackstrap molasses, flax oil, wheat germ oil, spirulina and seaweed. Most of them go into the morning smoothie-from hell. Hold your nose when you add the spirulina. It smells like dirty feet.
