Guest guest
Hello, I'm a newbie to this, just found out about it Tuesday. I was wondering about what you all are saying about the endorphins just beginning at around 3:00 am. That must be why I can't sleep and my pain doesn't start letting up until about 2 or 3 am. I have severe Fibro, CFS, MPS, allergies of all kinds, etc... I have read about it helping this and would love to try it as I'm not getting any better and the pain is excruciating and I can't find a doctor to treat my pain successfully. They are so scared to write a pain prescription. I dont have insurance and unable to work so I can't afford to change doctors so that I might get one that would prescribe the right pain control. I don't know how I will find a doctor that will prescribe this, but they probably would before they would the pain meds. Thye have prescribed Neurontin for my pain and it is supposed to be for seizures. It doesn't help the pain and makes me feel like a zombie. My head spins, I can't think and feel spaced out. Any help welcome. Does this really mean that this would probably work for me? Does the fact that I can sleep after 2 or 3 am and the pain less during those hours mean that mine is related to this phenomenon? Other people just can't understand why I can't sleep until late at night or rather early morning hours. That is my best sleep. Thanks, Angie
