Skip at Skip's Pharmacy says that compaction of calcium carbonate in

the LDN capsule can make it sustained release: not good. To avoid

that, he says to empty out the capsule and take it that way.

Compaction of calcium carbonate is why he only uses Avicel (cellulose)

as a filler.--Martha
