, I second that on using calcium carbonate for the filler. A lot

of people have sensitivities to corn (cornstarch filler) and dairy

(lactose filler) and don't know it. CC seems to be the least

problematic one to use.--Martha

HI MARTHA, I REMEMBER WAYNE,MY COMPOINDER, TELLING ME THAT CC CAN

CAUSE GAS, AND THAT'S WHY HE USES CORNSTARCH....BUT I STILL PREFER

CC.....DOESN'T GIVE ME GAS...BUUUURP.
