Guest guest
http://www.direct-ms.org/MSbooklet.pdf no bibligraphy but you can see what type of fats are good & bad for MS see also their mother site for more detailed science in particular the milk graph has no units on it, so i wonder where it came from the seasonal vs vitamin D graph I see now I misread. it does not support my view that more attacks occur in october due to fast day length changes. I would like to see more similar data collected. the data, all collected in one locatin, does not reflect an obvious seasonal variation in day length at that location, so vitamin D does not appear to be sensitive to it there. An interesting study might be to see what the seasonal variation of D is like in the far north. The study on omega-3 polyunsaturated fat is very good and shows that it potentially could have as much of an effect as interferon! SO EAT YOUR FLAX Supplement shakes made with milk are to be avoided by those sensitive to lactose. Some symptoms are stomach cramps and flatulence. The colons are large muscles. If lactic acid can cause your leg to cramp it can cause your gut to cramp too. -Sullivan
