I was taking flax and feeling like crap. I read Dr. Weil's info on

auto immune and he says we need to cut down on that kind of fats.

It seems to work for me. I felt better after stopping.

Thanks for your response. Where did you find this info? One of his

newsletters? I'd like to read it because it contradicts what I've read.

I'm also wondering what you mean by " that kind of fat. " With the Omegas,

as in fish oil too?

Martha-

Poly-unsaturated vs. the mono-unsaturated. I forget which is the one we

shouldn't have, but it's the one flax seed is loaded with. It creates

inflammation, and that's one thing we DO NOT want. For most people I think

it is beneficial.

I read it so long ago, I can't remember exactly where. I think in

one of his newsletters, I used to subscribe. Sorry I can't be more
