Guest guest
I decided to take 3.0 based on my BMI. This is only my opinion, others disagree. But I figure if someone is 6' and 220 lbs and they're taking 4.5 mg, then me being 130 lbs, 3.0 should be all I need. Been taking 3.0 since 4/17/03. Not sure how I'd feel/react with 4.5, but I've been doing rather well on 3.0 This is a BMI chart, http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi_tbl.htm and I believe 25 or less should try 3.0 first, 26 or higher should go with 4.5. As I said, this is just my opinion. Guest guest
I am 124 pounds and am taking 4.5 mg and doing real good. So I agree with Dr. Bihari that weight doesn't matter.
